He Carried Me

 

The Lord your God carried you, as a man carries his son, all the way that you went until you came to this place. - Deuteronomy 1:31

It is now the last day of the year 2014. I have been in this world for 25,586 days, more or less. I had my share of trials, struggle and pains that I had to learn to either live with or overcome. I am basically a loner, not a good communicator, and because of this, my natural tendency is to spend more time alone, thus, I did not develop into a well-rounded personality. However, God is good. In my early years, I learned about God’s love. He sent His only Son to die on the cross to pay the penalty of people’s sins, so that people will go to heaven if they accept the Lord Jesus Christ as their Savior. God loves me and because of His love, He was always there during my most difficult times. He carried me, and I know He will be there when I say goodbye to my loved ones when I breathe my last.
