My God is omniscient, loving and merciful

God knows me more than I know myself. That is a fact too wonderful for my finite mind to fathom.

Psalm 139:1-4 says, “O Lord, you have searched me and you know me. You know when I sit and when I rise; you perceive my thoughts from afar. You discern my going out and my lying down; you are familiar with all my ways. Before a word is on my tongue, you know it completely, O Lord.”

God knows my very thoughts. He knows what I will say before I utter a word. He knows what I will do even before I actually do it. If I sin, there is no place where I can go to hide from Him.

Yes, God knows me well because it is He who created me. Not only is He my Creator, He is also my Savior. He is a loving and merciful God. He sent His only Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, to die for the sins of many, and that includes me. What a wonderful God and Savior!

Dear God, I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made, your works are wonderful, I know that full well. (Psalm 139:14).
