Memories of my second visit to the U.S.A. - Part 2

My good friend Charito flew all the way from Maryland to Houston, Texas to see us.  We spent the night at the Embassy Suites, then the following morning we had breakfast buffet at the hotel, then proceeded to Macy’s which was just beside the hotel.  There we updated each other on how we had been since we last saw each other, which was way back in 2000.

Below are the New Year’s day 2009 pictures with my siblings Danny and Pet at Pet’s house together with some members of their families.

Jan. 4, 2009 - Our last Sunday before we flew back to the Philippines.  With us in the picture is Dr. Matt Soper, Senior Minister of West Houston Church of Christ and his wife Angela.

Jan. 7, 2009 - Goodbye, America, I hope I can come back to feel and see your beauty again.  Our dear God has indeed blessed you so much.  The final 2 pictures were taken at Detroit, where I tried to capture a picture of the falling snow.  Sad to say, the falling snow could not be seen in this picture.
