Puzzled

I am in a quandary. As a Filipino citizen, it is my duty to exercise my right and obligation to vote.

However, all the presidential candidates have serious issues. One is a thief, another is incompetent, one is dirty mouth (therefore unpresidential), and another has citizenship/loyalty and residency issues. Because of this, I am hesitant to vote in the forthcoming national elections.

Will my vote count? Nothing is going to change, will it be just a waste of time?
